Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Title: RN - Med/Surg - Tele Location: Baltimore MD 21215 Duration: 13 weeks Description: Deliver safe and effective nursing care to medical-surgical patients with acute or chronic conditions. - Monitor cardiac rhythms via telemetry and recognize/respond to changes in patient status. - Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed. - Perform assessments, develop and update care plans, and document all nursing actions accurately in the EMR. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and case managers. - Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and discharge plans. - Maintain infection control and patient safety standards. Qualifications: - Active RN license in - Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in Med Surg and Telemetry. - BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required). - Strong ability to interpret ECG/telemetry strips.
