Summary You will serve as Director, Executive Management Program Office (EMPO) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (M&RA)You will provide assistance to Department of the Navy (DON) in its administration of the executive cadre, to include: Senior Executive Services (SES), Senior Level (SL), Scientific and Technical (S&T) positions, Highly Qualified Experts (HQEs), Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES), Defense Intelligence Senior Level (DISLs), etcDuties--- You will develop and implement policy guidance in the areas of recruitment, classification and position management, compensation, performance management and recognition, succession planning, and executive development for the executive cadre.--- You will develop policies and procedures needed to accomplish the functions of the office.--- You will oversee special studies/projects and review and/or approve of executive personnel operations for assigned executive components/activities.--- You will provide senior level programmatic advisory services on Human Resources Management issues related to the executive cadre;
