Review returns prepared by staff and ensure timely delivery Support
team development through supervision and mentoring Collaborate with
leadership on workflow, deadlines, and client service Identify
opportunities for process improvements and growth Qualifications :
4-10 years of public accounting experience Strong review and client
oversight experience CPA preferred – not required at this level
