We are seeking an Industrial Security Analyst/ Principal Industrial
Security Analyst 2/3 / Alt. FSO/CPSO) to support production and
manufacturing operations at our Central Virginia manufacturing
facilities. This role will focus on security oversight at the newly
constructed facility, to include program security implementation
procedures, construction security activities, with a focus on
liaising with the cognizant security authorities, as well as test
activities and operations in shared multi-program areas. This role
will supplement the existing FSO for the site with a larger focus
on improving manufacturing processes, supporting production
execution, and ensuring efficient, repeatable build performance in
a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Get to Do :
Support the security stand up and multiple programs as it relates
to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and
company requirements. Support fast-paced, multi-discipline,
high-profile programs Create, maintain and leverage working
relationships with internal and external customers Develop and
administer security programs and procedures for classified or
proprietary materials, documents, and equipment Essential Functions
: Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a
multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel
security, physical security, OPSEC, etc.) Studies and implements
federal security regulations that apply to company operations
Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for
compliance with regulations from government agencies Prepares
manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for
handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel
and visitors’ access to restricted records and materials Conducts
security education classes and related briefings Investigates
security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive
action to be taken Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD
705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures This
position can be filled at either a level 2 or level 3. Basic
Qualifications for a level 2: Current Active Secret clearance with
ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret In-scope investigation (T3,
T3R, T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PPR) completed within last 6 years or
current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program ?Ability
to meet enhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain SAP
eligibility and access US Citizenship. 2 Years of CPSO, A/CPSO,
FSO, A/FSO, or relevant experience with Bachelors; an additional 4
years of applicable work experience may be substituted for
Bachelor’s Degree Basic Qualifications for a level 3: Current
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret
In-scope investigation (T3, T3R, T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PPR)
completed within last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous
Evaluation (CE) program Ability to meet enhanced security
requirements and obtain/maintain SAP eligibility and access US
Citizenship 5 Years of CPSO, A/CPSO, FSO, A/FSO, or relevant
experience with Bachelors; or 3 Years with Masters; an additional 4
years of applicable work experience may be substituted for
Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Qualifications: Construction security
experience. Top Secret clearance. CDSE Industrial Security Training
- FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP
Mid-Level, etc. Industrial Security Professional Certifications -
SPeD SFPC, NCMS ISP, etc. Excellent customer service and
communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow
projects through to completion. Ability to maintain flexibility to
deal with changing priorities and deadlines. Strong working
knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). OPSEC program experience. Self-starter
with minimal supervision. Willing to work extended hours, in a fast
paced, deadline driven environment, excellent communication skills
speaking, writing skills and organized skills enabling effective
communications. Computer and desktop office software products
experience. Classification review experience. Primary Level Salary
Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00 Secondary Level Salary Range:
$81,400.00 - $122,000.00 The above salary range represents a
general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of
factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
