Job Description Job Description Residential Electrical Team Lead: Make up to $60/hour after incentives, and flexible schedule. Requirements: 2 years of residential electrical experience Knowledge of residential electrical distribution methods Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues in a residential setting. Good working knowledge of current electrical codes Excellent Customer Service Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Work involves exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, bio-hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises. Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.
