Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the aerospace and
industrial sectors, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator/Machinist to
join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator/Machinist, you will be
part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production
operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail,
strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, which
will align successfully in the organization. This is a direct hire
opportunity. Job Title: CNC Machine Operator/Machinist (DIRECT
HIRE) Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $27.83/hour plus $0.75/hour
shift differential Shift: 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to
11:00 PM 3rd shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Sunday
night start-up) 4th shift: Friday 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM, Saturday
11:00 PM – 11:00 AM, Thursday or Sunday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 5th
shift: Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM,
Monday or Friday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM What's the Job? Set up and
operate CNC machinery to produce aerospace and industrial
components Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and process
sheets to ensure accurate manufacturing Use measurement tools such
as gauges and micrometers to verify part dimensions Maintain
records of production and quality checks Follow safety protocols
and maintain a clean, organized work environment What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED Ability to read and understand
dimensional blueprints Experience with measurement equipment such
as gauges and mics Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing
environment performing setup roles Legal authorization to work in
