At ManTech, a Program Security Officer 2 is key to safeguarding national security information. This position requires a precise individual dedicated to the execution of preventative security measures, overseeing classified programs, and ensuring compliance with government and organizational security protocols. The ideal candidate will work closely in support of the U.S. intelligence community, DoD, and other federal entities, contributing directly to projects that uphold national security interests. Implement and monitor security protocols for classified programs. Educate personnel on security standards and procedures. Assist in the development of security plans and risk assessments. Conduct periodic security audits and prepare necessary compliance reports. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stringent security measures. Expertise in security principles relevant to national defense. Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in security systems and database management. Capability to respond effectively in crisis situations. Security Clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred) Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or similar
