We are seeking a skilled Technician to manage and perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for standby power systems. You will work on a variety of equipment, from 10kW home units to large 50kW commercial systems, ensuring our customers are never left in the dark. - Installation & Commissioning: Lead full installations of standby generator systems, including automatic transfer switches (ATS) and electrical system upgrades. - Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues in diesel, natural gas, and propane-powered units. - Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, oil and filter changes, battery testing, and cooling system services. - System Testing: Perform load bank testing and simulate outages to ensure systems meet code and operational standards. - Customer Service: Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to homeowners and facility managers.
