Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

management programs to empower employees with a clear understanding

- Continuously enhance and streamline HR systems and processes.
6. Performance Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough performance and salary reviews to reward
excellence and drive growth. 7. Leadership and Development:
- Provide expert support and guidance to HR staff, fostering
their professional growth. 8. Compensation and Benefits Analysis:
- Analyze evolving trends in compensation and benefits to ensure
our offerings remain competitive. 9. Employee Retention Strategies:
- Design and implement innovative employee retention strategies
that keep our workforce engaged and committed. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adept at leveraging HR technology and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related
