Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000/Year

Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in heavy diesel equipment, leadership, and business.

As a Service Manager, you will:

• Plan and organize a successful team that provides high-level service on heavy diesel equipment.
• Manage shop and field service by monitoring and controlling labor and parts to meet required profit objectives.
• Provides technical assistance for Service, Sales, and Parts departments when necessary.
• Effectively communicates with Branch Manager on the status of work in assigned areas.

  • Company Vehicle Qualifications:
    
    • CDL Class B License preferred
    • 4+ years of managerial experience
    • Must have a technical and working knowledge of heavy diesel equipment
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
