Job Description:
Duties--- Serve as civilian lead for strategy and policy and
supervises a team of strategists, policy experts, and other staff
members dedicated to advancing these same responsibilities and
objectives.--- Develop and review policy recommendations on a range
of strategic issues.--- Communicate the preferences, views, and
priorities of the Secretary of the Army to the strategic planning
community on a continuous basis.--- Assign work based upon
priorities, complexity of work assignments, and the capabilities
and job descriptions of the individual employeesRequirements
Conditions of Employment--- Appointment may be subject to a
suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed
background investigation.--- Must be able to obtain and maintain a
Top-Secret security clearance.--- This position is a Testing
Designated Position subject to applicant testing and random drug
testingSelectees will be required to sign DA Form 5019 requiring
participation in random drug urinalysis testingQualifications Who
