Position Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning & ERP Transformation to lead our global planning processes and oversee our digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include managing global network planning for our Biologics business, leading improvements to digital assets, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The role involves leading the JD Edwards ERP project through all phases, from concept to value realization, and communicating progress to executive leadership.
This role aims to enhance supply chain efficiency, visibility, and agility, enabling new business models and improving customer experience. Collaboration with global process owners, technology, and business stakeholders is essential.
The Role

• Lead global network planning as the Global Business Process Leader (GBPL).
  
• Manage JDE ERP evolution, including requirements gathering and prioritization.
  
• Analyze and optimize business processes, define harmonization strategies.
  
• Architect integrated processes and systems around core ERP.
  
• Spearhead business transformation initiatives within Catalent's Global Supply Chain.
  
• Drive adoption of new technologies and best practices.
  
• Develop change management strategies, mentor team members.
  
• Monitor program progress, measure impact, update stakeholders.
  
• Identify and mitigate risks.
  
  The Candidate
  
  
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 15+ years leadership experience in business management, IT, or consulting, focusing on Supply Chain and Operations.
  
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP or business transformation projects.
  
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and large teams.
  
• Deep understanding of ERP platforms and enterprise systems integration.
  
• Expertise in ERP modules related to planning, production, quality, logistics.
  
• Strong knowledge of planning processes and SI&OP / MRPII.
  
• Familiarity with cloud, AI, machine learning, IoT in ERP.
  
• Experience in business process reengineering and documentation.
  
• Proficiency in feasibility studies, RFP, vendor management.
  
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation and technical specs.
  
• Experience in testing, validation, and user adoption strategies.
  
• Project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  
• Experience in Pharma, Biopharma, or CDMO preferred.
  
  Pay
  Salary range in Maryland: $203,000 - $280,000 plus incentives. Final offer depends on experience, skills, and industry factors. Note: Salary may vary in other states.
