  The CHALLENGE:
  You will start by taking the reins on a complex, multi-year implementation of TRANSIT PAYMENT TECHNOLOGY-both physical equipment and software. This is a multifaceted project with lots of stakeholders. There are multiple phases and cutovers that all depend on each other executing without fault.
  Your personal interactions are as important as your project management skills. For this reason, you need to live within a reasonable driving distance of the client HQ in Baltimore, MD. There will be planned and sometimes short-notice meetings that will require your physical presence to manage.
  WHAT YOU MUST BRING:
  
  • 
    
  • PMP Certification-this is contractually mandated (PRINCE2 will also work)
    
  • 5-10 years managing projects, with at least one of those projects exceeding $10M total value (software, equipment, services)
    
  • You must be within a 1.5-hour commute of Baltimore, MD
    
    WHAT YOU HOPEFULLY BRING:
    
    • 
      
    • Experience with public transportation agency technology implementations in transit, airport, port, DOT, roadway, tolling, etc. will be prioritized.
