Job SummaryBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Bristow, Virginia. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes, enabling them to receive the medical care required to remain at home.Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility and range of motion assessments, to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement appropriate interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance assessments, to promote client independence and safety.
• Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other client representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote their health, safety, and independent living.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.Qualifications
  • A current VA Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
