Description: Up to $20K Sign On Bonus! Weekdays M-F The Wound Care Nurse Specialist will provide comprehensive wound management and ostomy nursing care to patients in collaboration with other members of the health care delivery team, including providers, staff nurses and wound care center staff. Serves as clinical expert, educator and liaison between the patient and the medical, nursing and interdisciplinary staff with the goal of wound healing and improved patient outcomes.
