CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER - (LMSW) ~ COMMUNITY INITIATIVE ~Full-time - Day shift - 8:00am-4:30pm ~Allied Health ~Provides leadership to the health care team in the provision of psychosocial support services to patients and families. Provides Clinical Social Work consultation, counseling, and follow-up services according to psychosocial assessment and service plan.
