Nurse (RN) - Unit Manager Location: Baltimore, MD 21237 Shift
Timing: 8 Hour Day.(M-F rotating schedule with E/O weekend
required) Hours per day: 8 Hours per week: 40 (9 Weeks) Contract
with possible Extension Pay Rate: Local $2400 and Traveler

We are looking for an experienced RN Unit manager to train new
nurses and supervise existing staff. The nurse manager sets the
standard of care in a healthcare facility, and responds to
complaints from patients. To be successful as a nurse manager you
must have patience when training new staff. A good nurse manager
can multitask under pressure. Responsibilities: Hire and train new
staff members. Supervise staff during shifts. Create a budget for
the department. Respond to patients' complaints or concerns.
