This contract position offers a full-time opportunity to support students mental health and educational success through comprehensive psychological evaluations and collaboration with a multidisciplinary support team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough psychological evaluations for high school students. - Collaborate actively as part of the district's mental health support team, working closely with social workers and other professionals. - Develop appropriate intervention plans and contribute to student success strategies. - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all licensure and certification requirements. Qualifications and Experience: - Active Psychologist licensure. - Valid Virginia Department of Education certification. - Proficiency in conducting student psychological evaluations. - Experience working in school settings preferred. - Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively support students and staff. Details: - Location: Colonial Forge High School, Washington DC area (approximately 45 minutes south of DC). - Contract Duration: January 5, 2026 May 29, 2026. - Work Schedule: Full-time at 37.5 hours per week. - Discipline Needed: Psychology (1 position). - Age Group: High school students.
