Reporting directly to the Executive Director or Administrator, you will oversee patient care activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant hospice services. This leadership role involves managing clinical operations, coordinating care, and developing staff to uphold the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. $5000 Sign On Bonus Will cover Patient Care Manager duties for Woodbridge, VA and Fredericksburg, VA - in office position, schedule flexible between branches Strong supervisory and clinical leadership experience a must. Hospice experience a plus.
