Innovative Healthcare Centers is seeking a passionate and skilled Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our Silver Spring clinic. What Makes This Role Special Specialty Focus: Treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, and more. Collaborative Environment: Work alongside orthopedic PTs, fitness professionals, and diagnostic specialists. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care with a focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation. Manage clinic operations and support relationship development with referring providers. Collaborate with internal teams including PTAs, technicians, and administrative staff. Educate patients on pelvic health and wellness strategies. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Maryland and/ or Delaware CPR Certification. Specialized training or certification in pelvic health (Herman & Wallace, APTA, or equivalent preferred). Desired Skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Strong clinical reasoning and outcome-driven practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for womens health, pelvic rehabilitation, and holistic wellness. Locations This position is based in Silver Spring, MD.
