Evaluate patient conditions and develop effective physical therapy treatment plans in line with clinical best practices Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient functionality and mobility Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate holistic patient care Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide patient and family education regarding the rehabilitation process and home exercises Maintain ethical standards and patient confidentiality at all times Expertise in physical therapy techniques, tools, and methodologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical workload Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license CPR and BLS certifications
