We are looking for a committed professional to join our esteemed medical team, providing high-quality breast imaging services in a dynamic hospital setting. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $448.50, along with comprehensive benefits, and a chance to contribute to vital diagnostic services in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert interpretation of mammography and breast MRI scans. Perform breast procedures with skill and precision, supporting a busy diagnostic department. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, technologists, and coordinators. Manage an average of 26-28 diagnostic cases daily, with 6-8 procedures involving biopsies or other interventions. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all medical standards and protocols. Support department operations and contribute to quality assurance initiatives. Required Skills: Board Certification in Radiology. Valid State Medical License; IMLC considered if applicable. Ability to perform Breast MRIs and other breast-related procedures. Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic imaging. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Nice to Have Skills: Experience in high-volume breast imaging departments. Familiarity with breast MRI protocols. Prior involvement in multidisciplinary patient care teams. Additional certifications or training in breast imaging modalities. Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience in breast imaging or related radiology specialty. Experience working in hospital-based settings preferred. Other Requirements: DEA registration required. Willingness to work daytime hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 30-minute lunch. Must meet credentialing timelines of approximately 60-90 days. Full travel and licensing reimbursements provided when applicable. Overtime rate of 1.5x after 8.5 hours daily; holiday pay at 1.5x.
