Job Description:

plans by identifying goals and interventions. Implement
occupational therapy interventions to improve patient functionality
and independence. Document patient care and progress through
detailed notes, complying with healthcare regulations and
maintaining confidential records. Educate patients and families on
techniques to facilitate participation and adaptation to
environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by
sharing insights and recommendations on patient care. Stay current
with the latest therapy practices and technologies relevant to
occupational therapy. Strong analytical skills to assess patient
conditions and determine appropriate treatment. Excellent
interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients,
families, and other healthcare professionals. Capability in
handling therapeutic equipment safely and effectively. Proficient
in the use of electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must be a licensed Occupational
Therapist in the state of practice. NBCOT Certification as an
Occupational Therapist.
