Job Description:

are currently seeking a passionate Licensed Talk Therapist to
provide both online and in-person counseling services. This role
involves supporting clients through diverse mental health
challenges, by implementing effective therapeutic techniques
tailored to individual needs, fostering personal growth and
enhancing their overall life satisfaction. Conduct individual and
group therapy sessions to address mental health issues Develop
personalized treatment plans based on each client's specific needs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize
treatment approaches Maintain accurate records and notes of
sessions to track client progress Engage in continuous education to
stay updated on new therapies and practices Provide crisis
intervention when needed Proficiency in various therapeutic
techniques (CBT, DBT, psychoanalysis) Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with
confidentiality Competence in digital tools for remote therapy
sessions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid state license as a Clinical Psychologist or Licensed
Professional Counselor BLS Certification preferred
