Job Description Job Description We are seeking acompassionate
and skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a
collaborativeneonatal care team in Eastern West Virginia. This role
focuses on providinghigh-quality, evidence-based care to neonatal
patients in a hospital-basedsetting while working closely with
neonatologists, nursing staff, andmultidisciplinary teams. Key
Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive care to neonates,
including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management
- Manage neonatal patients in collaboration with physicians and the
care team - Perform and assist with neonatal procedures within
scope of practice - Communicate effectively with families regarding
patient status and care plans - Document care accurately and timely
in the electronic medical record - Participate in quality
improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical protocols
Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse
Practitioner program - Current APRN licensure and NNP certification
- Active West Virginia license or ability to obtain - BLS and NRP
required (ACLS preferred, if applicable) AAS
