Adelphi is seeking a registered nurse to provide nursing services for a facility in Clark County, WA. The ideal candidate will provide nursing services to patients in a public health setting. The nurse's responsibilities will include assessing patients' health needs, administering medication, and monitoring patient progress. Perform patient evaluation and triage procedures. Perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient population. Provide maternal-child health case review and field visits. Perform evaluation of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment and/or need for modifications. Maintain confidentiality of patient records. Interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests. Accurately document in the record interventions and outcomes. Oversee and guide the work of other nursing and support staff. Effectively and respectfully work with persons from diverse backgrounds. Perform other duties as assigned.
