Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Qualifications: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. Prior experience in the food service industry.
