Job Description Job Description Job requires minimum of 24
months (i.e., 2 years) or more experience in: (a) Instructing cooks
and other kitchen workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing,
and presentation of Thai foods, (b) Supervising and coordinating
activities of cooks and other kitchen workers engaged in
preparation of Thai foods, (c) Collaborating with managers and
owners to plan and develop recipes and menus of Thai foods, taking
into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients
and the likely number of customers, (d) Making and preparing from
scratch Traditional Thai Dishes, such as Panang Curry, Green Curry,
Red Curry, Pad Thai Noodles, Pad See Ew Noodles, Tom Yum Soup, Tom
Khaa Soup, Pineapple Fried Rice, Basil Fried Rice, Satay Chicken
and Skewers, Curry Puffs, Steamed Dumplings with Different
Stuffings, Mango Sticky Rice, and various other Traditional Thai
Dishes, (e) Making and preparing from scratch dough using wheat
flour and rice flour to make dumplings, curry puffs and other
Traditional Thai Dishes, and (f) Making and preparing from scratch
Panang Curry Sauce, Green Curry Sauce, Red Curry Sauce, Sweet Thai
Chili, Spicy Thai Garlic Sauces, and other such sauces to be used
in making Traditional Thai Dishes. One position open. Full Time,
Wednesday through Thursday, 4PM TO 10 PM; Friday and Saturday, 12
PM to 10 PM; Sunday, 12 PM to 8 PM; $73,000.00 per year. Please
