You will consistently uphold best practices in procedures and contribute insightful feedback for continuous refinement. Your strategic acumen will shine as you craft plans for data ingestion from diverse sources, adapting system designs as required. Meticulously reconciling data based on policy and authoritative source mandates will be a cornerstone of your work. You will orchestrate the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow portal, deftly crafting widgets and capabilities while leveraging user interface policies, actions, and scripts. Masterfully executing the setup of ServiceNow users, groups, roles, and ACL management will be within your realm. Your expertise will extend to developing applications and modules using APIs, coupled with customized notifications, approvals, and inbound email actions. Adeptly engineering the ServiceNow implementation, encompassing workflows, business rule customization, and scripting, will exemplify your technical prowess. You will conduct thorough analyses of existing infrastructure and business processes, ensuring seamless continuity during customer transition while aligning with the MCIEE Blueprint and DCI road map. Your focus will encompass the integration of services as defined within the MCIEE Blueprint and DCI road map, with an unwavering dedication to capturing requirements and advocating best practices for a streamlined cloud transition while upholding exceptional availability. Creating and managing multiple cloud infrastructure environments in adherence to optimal practices will underscore your proficiency. Participating in software development initiatives to elevate service management through ServiceNow workflows will be a consistent priority. Your role as a purveyor of best practice implementations in large-scale service management systems will establish you as a driving force for excellence. Key Mandatory Skill Requirements:

  • Possession of an active DoD TS//SCI Clearance
  • Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in analyzing prevailing business processes and services
  • Knowledge of best practices for transitioning to cloud technologies or hybrid models
  • Mastery in devising transition plans while maintaining stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and automating environment creation
  • Expertise in documentation encompassing procedures, plans, testing, diagrams, maintenance, training, SLAs/OLAs
  • Capability to impart administration and migration processes to peers
  • Skill in training customers on new processes stemming from ServiceNow transition
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to excel both independently and within collaborative team environments Additional Preferred Skills:
    • Familiarity with Marine Corps processes, procedures, and interoperability requirements
    • Insight into similar transitions, with the capacity to share valuable lessons learned
    • Knowledge of Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) development, when necessary
    • Familiarity with C2S, S-C2S, AWS, Azure/MSO365, and Marine Corps Private Cloud technologies and dependencies
    • Understanding of MCISRE and Blueprint services
    • Familiarity with FEDRAMP, NIST, RMF, and other relevant process standards
    • Experience in manual and automated security administration, remediation, and hardening, including STIG reviews, group policies and permissions, system adjustments based on vulnerability assessments, audits, and mitigations
    • Proficiency in implementing and supporting enterprise system monitoring tools
