We are a global team dedicated to developing Cisco's sales force.Meet the TeamAs a Technical Enablement Architect (TEA) within the Technical Sales Role Mastery team, you will be responsible for sales, technology, architecture, and cross-architecture enablement. Your role involves building expertise and enabling our technical sellers worldwide. You will coordinate strategy, planning, and execution of training programs and curricula related to Cisco's architectures and sales roles.Who You'll Work WithThis strategic role involves close collaboration with Architecture leaders, BG, SEs, SMEs, Instructional Designers, Program Managers, and various stakeholder groups to implement effective training programs that enhance technical selling performance.Your ImpactYou will support the scaling of enablement initiatives across development and delivery goals, working with global teams to support Cisco's sales and technical development objectives.Who You AreYou should have excellent communication skills, business acumen, experience in program management, adult learning methodologies, and technical knowledge aligned with Cisco's architectures. The ability to work with a diverse, global audience and lead cross-functional projects is essential.Role Responsibilities

  • Align training initiatives with business priorities through regular meetings with Enablement Leads.
  • Collaborate with Architecture Teams and SMEs to ensure training content is relevant and engaging.
  • Lead resource strategy to develop and refresh technical training resources.
  • Evaluate and update sales training curricula based on Cisco's business climate.
  • Develop and maintain training resources, curriculums, and assessments.
  • Participate in technology platform management for virtual learning experiences.
  • Stay updated on Cisco's portfolio, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Manage enablement programs, creating strategies, plans, and coordinating resources.
  • Contribute to recruitment efforts and report on program metrics.
  • Drive initiatives for program collaboration, innovation, and cultural awareness.Program / Project ManagementEnsure successful project execution by following structured processes, managing resources, and addressing obstacles proactively to deliver results on time and within budget.Your ExperienceRequires 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience and at least one year in sales training or adult education. Must have strong strategic planning, presentation, storytelling, and global business acumen skills. Ability to assess technical sales development plans and lead cross-functional programs is vital.EducationBachelor's degree or 5+ years of industry experience. An advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Education, or related fields is preferred.
