Job Description:
HUMINT Targeting Analyst – Mid Please Note: This position is

Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. Cherokee Analytics is
seeking a HUMINT Targeting Analyst to support INSCOM. Compensation
& Benefits: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits

HUMINT Targeting Analyst – Mid Responsibilities Include: Conduct
intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT efforts,
based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit
collection and targeting strategies. Conduct analysis to prioritize
topics and requirements and present this analysis in a weekly
report. Attend targeting meetings (estimated one time per month)
hosted by INSCOM MSCs. Conduct analytical exchanges and engagements
(estimated one time per week) Performs other job-related duties as
assigned HUMINT Targeting Analyst – Mid Experience, Education,
Skills, Abilities requested: Current TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree DoD or IC Targeting Certification US Government
all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or
program. HT-JCOE – Joint CI-HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course;
or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting
Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence (IC) equivalent. Ten
(10) full-time years of experience conducting strategic DoD or IC
HUMINT Targeting. Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT
operations, and HUMINT Collection Management. Advanced Microsoft
365 proficiency. Must have knowledge and experience with
Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and
707 related to their duties. Must be able to perform other duties,
responsibilities, and activities as needed. Must be willing to
undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope
polygraph examination with NDI on a pre-appointment and periodic
basis. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
