Vantor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Federal Technical Enablement Manager to join our dynamic IT and cybersecurity team. This role focuses on enhancing our government clients' capabilities through innovative technical solutions and skilled team management. You will be pivotal in driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies within our federal projects, aligning technical solutions with governmental regulations and organizational goals. This position requires a balance of technical proficiency, leadership, and an understanding of federal operational standards. Direct and oversee the implementation of IT and cybersecurity projects across multiple federal agencies, ensuring alignment with both business and federal standards. Collaborate with department leads to develop strategic plans for deploying new technologies and enhancing existing systems. Manage a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and leadership to ensure professional growth and project success. Stay updated with federal regulations and ensure all projects meet strict compliance standards. Evaluate new technologies and their potential to increase efficiency and security of government services. Organize and lead training sessions for federal staff to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies and practices. Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and cybersecurity frameworks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze complex problems and devise comprehensive technical solutions Experience with federal IT compliance and security regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
