Benefits and Incentives Hourly Pay: $29 to $33 per hour Medical, Prescription, Dental, & Vision Insurance Company matched 401(k) retirement plan and profit sharing Paid holidays and vacation days Mid-year and end-of-year bonuses Strong internal culture focused on team success and long-term stability What You Will Do Operate company tractor trailers delivering hardwood lumber and moulding products Run consistent regional routes throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Drive regularly in the New York region including Long Island and select boroughs, excluding Manhattan Assist in the lumber yard and perform mill work when not covering a route Deliver excellent customer service during all deliveries and pickups Complete logs, paperwork, and inspections accurately and on time Follow all DOT regulations and maintain high safety standards What You Bring Valid CDL Class A license Two or more years of professional regional driving experience preferred Clean driving record with strong safety awareness Reliable, customer focused, and professional Collaborative mindset with dispatchers and fellow drivers Schedule Monday through Friday No weekend work Overnight stays in hotels covered by the company Predictable, consistent routes Trucks and trailers are well maintained and regularly serviced Ready to build a long-term career with a company that values reliability and teamwork?
