Job Description:
Proficiency in hand soldering techniques, including through-hole
soldering, surface mount, and rework/reflow soldering. Assemble and
solder electronic components (e.g. 0201 parts, IC’s etc) onto
circuit boards according to specification and quality standards.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle
small electronic components and perform intricate soldering tasks.
Operate and maintain soldering equipment, including soldering
irons, hot air guns, hot plates, microscopes and soldering
stations, ensuring they are in proper working condition. Read and
interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, Process
Flow Instructions and other written or verbal instructions.
