Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our manufacturing team. This role will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality while minimizing costs. Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring products are produced on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Develop and implement production schedules, monitor production processes, and adjust schedules as needed. Manage supply chain operations to ensure raw materials are procured and delivered on time. Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and eliminate waste. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold the highest standards of health and safety. Monitor overall performance of the production team, provide feedback, and implement necessary actions for improvement. Coordinate with the R&D team to implement new production processes for new product launches. Prepare and present performance reports to the senior management team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field is strongly desired. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Operations, and Lean Manufacturing. Strong experience working in a highly automated environment. Experience in the food & beverage industry, is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and drive performance. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Proficiency in using production management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of industry safety regulations and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
