The Senior Program Analyst will provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities. ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities to include:
    • Systems Engineering
    • Risk analysis and management
    • Safety Analysis and Assessment
    • Production Management
    • Modeling and Simulation
    • Scheduling
    • Testing
    • Cyber Security Assessment and Management
    • Software Management
    • Perform system integration that includes:
      • Technical Reviews
      • Milestone Reviews
      • Program Reviews
      • New Program Development
      • Program Strategy Development
      • Program Execution Management Facilitate assessments of Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS), Counter -Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM), Maneuver Short Range Air Defense (MSHORAD) and Air Defense missile-related-acquisition programs to support organizational planning and development within PM GBAD.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.         • Knowledge and understanding of the GBAD Family of Systems
        • Bachelor\u2019s Degree
        • 10+ years\u2019 experience in technical project/program management
        • Demonstrated leadership and effective written and oral communication skills
        • Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project
        • Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support and sustainment initiativesKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
          • This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance.Preferred
            • PMP, PgMP, PfMP \u2013 Project / Program / Portfolio Management Professional
            • Certified Agile Scrum Master
