The Boeing Company is currently seeking a SAP S/4 Master Data
Governance Development Senior Manager to join the SAP S/4 Center of
Excellence to manage and run the Master Data Governance (MDG)
Development team in either Seattle, WA; Kent, WA; Tukwila, WA; St.
Louis City, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Dallas, TX; Ridley Park, PA, or
Arlington, VA.
We are seeking an experienced SAP technology leader who can lead
day-to-day activities in software development lifecycle and oversee
a team responsible for developing software across a diverse SAP S/4
landscape. In this role, you will lead the development of SAP MDG,
manage and approve the design and architecture of SAP MDG
solutions, ensure alignment with business needs and industry
standards, and oversee the configuration and customization of SAP
MDG modules. As the development leader, you will be tasked with
driving development efforts in ABAP and MDG technologies,
supporting evolving projects/programs. The individual should have
an understanding of varying technology landscapes including SAP,
.Net, Java, Cloud technologies, Databases and Systems Development
Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, along with knowledge of
the supply chain fulfillment domain to help in accelerated solution
delivery.
The individual is expected to be an expert in global organization
management with the ability to handle team members dispersed across
multiple United States sites as well as other global locations.
Strong business acumen and collaboration skills are paramount in a
demanding and highly skilled work environment to collaborate and
influence people and decisions from stakeholders to other IT
divisions.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and integrate employee and first-level manager activities
across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and
administration, application analysis and design, information
management, architecture, computing security, computing project
support and/or process analysis
Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and
procedures and provide input on departmental business and technical
strategies, goals, objectives
Acquire resources for department activities, provide technical
management of suppliers and lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers,
stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products
and processes
Drive end to-end technical design, and in collaboration with
delivery team's realization and deployment activities across the
enterprise and SI's
Adopt and establish standards, best practices and processes as
needed towards design high quality functional and technical
solutions
Design and develop SAP MDG solutions, including data models,
workflows, and data validation rules
Develop and implement integrations between SAP MDG and other
SAP/non-SAP systems.
Extend and optimize existing MDG applications
Ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with data governance teams to define and enforce data
governance policies and standards
Identify and resolve data quality issues
Develop and track data quality KPIs
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to
perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
10+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
with all levels in the business from individual contributors to
executive leadership
10+ years of experience within information technology
5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading global teams,
initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence
change
5+ years of experience configuring end-to-end MDG and S4 HANA for
at least one of the following data objects: Customer Master, Vendor
Master, or Material Master
Able to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple
levels of an organization
5+ years of experience as an architect on SAP MDG solutions
5+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) systems
5+ years of experience in the Digital Transformation Environment
(DTE)
5+ years of experience in SAP integration techniques (e.g., IDoc,
RFC, BAPI, Web services)
5+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading
teams
5+ years of experience with Information Technology Program or
Project Management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $151,300 - $218,500
