This Position is Subject to Contract Award JANUS Research Group
is currently seeking an Army Senior Management Analyst for a
contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8. The DCS G-8
is the principal military advisor to the Chief of Staff, Army (CSA)
and the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and
Comptroller (ASA(FMC)) for the Programming phase of the Planning,
Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The DCS, G-8
coordinates with the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Acquisition,
Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)) on all proposed programming
and process recommendations related to ongoing and future
acquisition programs and science and technology initiatives. The
DCS, G-8 coordinates with Army Futures Command (AFC) for program
funding for all elements of the future force materiel modernization
enterprise. Position Description: Serves as a Senior Management
Analyst supporting the DCS G-8 mission to integrate force
development, materiel resourcing, and financial management in
support of Army modernization. Provides expert management and
administrative analysis to optimize organizational performance,
workflow efficiency, and resource alignment. Develops and maintains
schedules, staffing matrices, and performance metrics to monitor
progress toward POM, SPAR, and AROC/JROC milestones. Prepares
executive summaries, reports, and briefings to inform leadership
decisions and ensure compliance with established policies and
timelines. Coordinates with Army Staff, ASA(FM&C), and T2COM
stakeholders to ensure effective management of programs and
operations. Relevant Competencies / Skill Levels: A Bachelor's
Degree in Engineering and/or Business A minimum of four (4) years
of experience and expertise in Force Development duties and
documents to include the use of TDAs, TOEs, and MTOEs and process
and procedures for Army manpower authorizations for military and
civilian. Position requires an in-depth knowledge of HQDA staff and
the organization and functions of the Army and Secretariat staffs,
