Job Description Aspire Wellness Center, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and motivated licensed outpatient therapist to join our growing team of dedicated mental health professionals. This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position , offering flexibility, strong administrative support, and a collaborative clinical environment. This role primarily involves providing individual therapy , with the option to offer family and couples therapy if desired. About the Role Position: Full-time (Remote) Licensure: LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, or LGPC Primary Modality: Individual therapy (family and couples therapy optional) Client Population: A mix of ages, with preference for clinicians who enjoy working with children and adolescents Schedule: Weekdays with some evening availability preferred Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate: Is passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered individual therapy Is interested in (but not required to provide) family and/or couples therapy Enjoys working with diverse populations and presenting concerns Values collaboration, ongoing learning, and professional growth Thrives in a supportive and team-oriented environment Appreciates flexibility and maintaining a healthy work-life balance Why Aspire Wellness Center? Compensation Options We offer three flexible compensation structures based on licensure, experience, and professional goals: Salary Fee-for-Service Contractual (1099) (Compensation details available upon application.)
