Description: Position Overview The Part-Time Service Porter plays a vital role in the daily operation of the Service Department. This position helps ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for customers by managing vehicle flow, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and supporting Service Advisors and Technicians. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team. Join a team rooted in strong values, teamwork, and growth. Schedule & Work Environment Part-time schedule (typically afternoons, early evenings, and/or weekends). Work performed in both indoor service lanes and outdoor vehicle lots. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions. Requirements: Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with directing vehicles into the service drive. Move customer vehicles to and from service lanes, parking areas, and technician bays. Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, customer parking areas, and shop as needed. Wash and vacuum vehicles after service (as assigned). Install protective coverings in vehicles (seat covers, floor mats, etc.). Assist with organizing loaner vehicles and tagging keys. Support the service team with light facility tasks such as trash removal or sweeping. Ensure vehicles are parked safely and efficiently. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor at all times. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions (preferred, not required depending on location). Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and work both indoors and outdoors. Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
