Job Description Job Description Maintenance Manager Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Onsite in Richmond, IN (Relocation support/sign-on can be provided for the right candidate) Position Overview The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role entails managing a team of maintenance technicians, budgeting for maintenance activities, and implementing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure effective operations and a safe work environment. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented. Implement and maintain a CMMS to track maintenance activities and improve efficiency. Plan and schedule regular maintenance tasks and emergency repairs to minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar managerial role. Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management related to maintenance operations. Experience with CMMS and other maintenance management tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. -Must have an Associates or Bachelor's degree.
