Johnson Controls, a leader in smart building technologies, is seeking a highly driven HVAC Account Executive to expand our impact within the HVAC wholesale market. This role is pivotal for enhancing our offerings in building systems aimed at increasing efficiency, sustainability, and security. The successful candidate will leverage industry experience to foster relationships and secure sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales territory. Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with Johnson Controls’ product offerings. Prepare sales presentations to demonstrate how our products and services meet the client's needs. Negotiate and close agreements with clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to achieve company-wide sales targets. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to enhance professional knowledge and expand network. Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
